Cancellation Policy

If you are using any of our mobile services, once the appointment has been confirmed by both parties, the trip fee won't apply if a cancellation occurs within an hour and a half of the appointment time slot. However, if you're using either of our services listed, once the notary, signing agent, witness or courier has arrived, the trip fee will apply whether the services takes place or not.
